The Board of Directors of Panion Animal Health AB (the “Company” or “Panion”) has, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the financing arrangement between Panion and an investment fund managed by Yorkville Advisors Global (“Yorkville”) announced on 9 January 2018, resolved to approve the request of Yorkville to convert a proportion of SEK 500,000 of the convertible notes to shares in the Company at conversion price of SEK 1.02 per share.
